We collect only the necessary data to fulfill your order: Roblox Username, Discord ID, and (if applicable) temporary login credentials. This data is used strictly for delivery and fraud prevention.
2.2 Account Security & Credentials
For "Leveling" or "Grinding" services requiring account access:

Credentials are encrypted and never shared.

The buyer MUST change their password immediately upon service completion.

Rift Shop is not liable for any account security issues occurring after the delivery of the service.
2.3 Consent to Recording & Logs
By initiating a trade, you consent to the recording of all in-game interactions and the storage of Discord communication logs forever. These logs are used to defend against fraudulent claims.
2.4 Anti-Fraud Data Sharing
IMPORTANT: In cases of attempted fraud or chargebacks, Rift Shop reserves the right to publish and share the offender’s Discord ID, Roblox Username, and transaction logs with global "Scammer Databases" and other vendors to protect the community.
