1.1 Nature of Service & "As-Is" Status

Service-Based Sale: Rift Shop provides a professional service of sourcing, grinding, and transferring digital assets in Devil Hunter. You are paying for our time and labor, not for the ownership of Roblox intellectual property.

"As-Is" Warranty: All goods and services are delivered "As-Is." We make no guarantees about the future of these items. If the game developers nerf, remove, or delete the items, or if the game closes, Rift Shop is not liable for any losses.
1.2 Risk and Responsibility

Assumption of Risk: Trading for real money (RMT) may violate the Roblox Terms of Use. By purchasing, you accept 100% of the risk. Rift Shop is not responsible for account bans, warnings, shadow-bans, or data wipes.

Parental Consent: Buyers under 18 years old certify they have explicit parental permission. Rift Shop is not responsible for unauthorized transactions made by minors.
1.3 Delivery & Proof

Visual Documentation: Every transaction is recorded (video/screenshot) with timestamps and usernames. This serves as irrefutable evidence of fulfillment for payment processors and legal defense.

Timeline: While we aim for delivery within 24 hours, "Force Majeure" events (Roblox outages, game updates, or API errors) may delay orders without granting the right to a refund.
1.4 Indemnification
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Rift Shop harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from the buyer's use of our services or any administrative action taken by Roblox Corporation.
